Public Nature of Content
The nature and purpose of blogging is to reach a public audience. Please be aware that any information that you submit to us through email, forms, or posted blogs, including personally identifiable information, may be publicly displayed on The Logo List (http://www.thelogolist.com and any and all sub pages), or on websites not within our control. Don’t submit any information that you don’t want others to see.
Forms and Content
To register for a new account, you may be required to submit personal information and an email address. We may publicly display the personal information. We also may use your email address to send you email bulletins to which you subscribe, or to attribute comments or posts to you. If there are problems with your blog, we may contact you via email as well.
Keep in mind that you are entirely responsible for any and all content that you post. Any and all content that you post to The Logo List Blog becomes public information. Hence, don’t post content that you want to keep private. The Logo List, LLC, (and http://www.thelogolist.com) are not to be held responsible in any way, shape, or form for any content that you blog.
Each time you update a blog on the Logo List, it may also send feeds or pings to sites that track or index newly updated blogs. These sites may publicly display the time that you updated it and a hyperlink to your blog. The Logo List Blog can publish XML feeds and links to your site, or content from, may be publicly displayed on third party sites. Blogs from The Logo List can be sent out to subscribers.
IP Addresses and Referrers
We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to format the site and software to user needs, to tailor site content, and to generate aggregate statistical reports. We may use such aggregated visitor data to prepare publicly displayed reports regarding blog traffic patterns, popularity rankings within the site, and referrers that visitors use to access blogs.
The Logo List will never sell any personally identifiable information about any person who registers with our site.
Cookies
At this time The Logo List does not use cookies to identify a returning visitor, but we reserve the right to implement and use them in the future. If and when The Logo List enables cookies, The Logo List will update this privacy policy. It is your responsibility to read this policy from time to time to stay informed. Any and all use of The Logo List site is tacit agreement that you have read the privacy policy and agree to its terms.
Disclosure of Information
Available log records and all information stored on our servers may be accessed by our system administrators. The Logo List will not disclose to any third party your (“you”) name or contact information. The Logo List will also not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of your information unless required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on The Logo List; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of The Logo List; or (3) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of The Logo List’s service's users or the public; (4) fix or debug problems with The Logo List’s servers/software/service. The system administrators may produce these records upon request or suspected violation of our terms of use. It is The Logo List’s policy to cooperate with law enforcement officials in the detection, investigation, and prosecution of unlawful activity. If we receive a warrant or subpoena for user information, we may disclose requested records to law enforcement authorities or outside parties seeking information through the legal process.

Blogs hosted by The Logo List may link to independently run web sites outside of the http://www.thelogolist.com/blog/ domain. The Logo List is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such web sites.
Children’s Privacy
The Logo List Blog is intended for adults and we will not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child under age 13 who has become a member of a blog hosted by http://www.thelogolist.com/blog/, please contact our administrator at blog@thelogolist.com to notify us of a suspected violation.
